Do you wake up with tingling in your pinky, ring, or middle fingers?
The ulnar nerve originates from nerve roots from the neck and travels down the arm passing through the cubital tunnel in the wrist to supply the medial (pinky side) muscles of the palm of the hand. When the ulnar nerve is irritated it can produce pain symptoms in the neck, shoulder, arm, elbow or tingling in the fingers. The tingling in the fingers will range from the pinky finger, ring finger, and part of the middle finger.
The video below will demonstrate how to perform an ulnar nerve floss a, simple and effective, way to treat finger tingling, pain in the elbow and shoulder blade, and burning sensations that you may have from your hand to your neck.
